We are a small business based from our home in Raetihi New Zealand producing products made from a New Zealand pest - the brushtail possum.
Lesley has been sewing since 1967 - Secondary School and has a degree in dressmaking.
She worked for a canvas/upholstery business and started her own business in 2003 working from home doing all heavy duty products e.g. upholstery, taps, car interiors, boat covers, motor bike seats, leather work and horse covers etc. In addition she does general sewing and repair work e.g clothes, curtains, wedding dress alterations etc.
FURCONZ 2006 LTD was bought and incorporated into the existing business.
Lesley has a fully equipped workshop and is able to make, alter or repair anything requiring sewing either by machine or hand. The business can work with all materials including canvas, PVC etc
