Terms and Conditions

• All orders for STOCKED items will be despatched as instructed without further communication.
• Orders received for any item NOT currently in stock will be subject to 10 days wait.
• Once received and placed, all orders will be confirmed back to you by fax, email or telephone.
• All orders must be placed in writing

Freight

• Freight will be charged for all orders
• Our main courier company Fastways, provide service for delivery in most areas
• Deliveries to rural and outlying areas will generally take longer and signature required services may not always be available.
• Fast services can be arranged at an additional charge.
• A signature is required on receipt of delivery of most of our packages. Where delivery is to a residential address please provide a contact telephone number which will allow Fastways to make contact and arrange delivery.

Order Cancellation

• All order cancellations must be advised in writing by email or fax.
• We will confirm cancellation by return fax or email
• INDENT orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED once with the supplier
